At our dojo, action actors teach both samurai and ninja techniques. While samurai and ninja are often confused, their movements and sword techniques are completely different.
- Ninjas hold a short sword in reverse grip, with swift, silent, and flexible movements.
- Samurai are known for their strong, dignified postures and powerful techniques.
Both are essential skills for aspiring action actors. During the ninja experience, you’ll actively learn the combat style of a ninja by moving your body.
🌍 International Guests — From Anime Fans to Martial Artists
We welcome participants from around the world, including France, Croatia, Sweden, Romania, Brazil, and the USA. Many people join because they are interested in Japanese martial arts and history, but it’s also incredibly popular among anime fans.
For example, a participant who joined because they love NARUTO told us they planned to visit the “NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobizato” after experiencing the ninja training at our dojo. Their favorite character is Itachi Uchiha! They mentioned that experiencing real ninja action was one of the main purposes of their trip to Japan.

It’s truly heartwarming to see how anime and manga spark interest in Japanese language and culture. When participants, especially those visiting Japan for the first time, greet us with “Konnichiwa” or “Arigatou,” it really motivates us as staff.
⚠️ Don’t You Use Ninja Shuriken?
A common question we receive is about shuriken (ninja stars). However, due to safety concerns, we do not use shuriken in our dojo. Instead, we focus on actual ninja action and movements used in martial arts and stage performances.
